The Hair Mentoring Program is ideal for any stylist that wants to quickly fast track their session skills and business acumen. These monthly classes allow you to work closely with Pauline to identify any weak areas and utilise your strengths to their fullest potential. The overview of content includes:
- Storytelling through hair
- Developing a brief
- Working on teams
- Putting together photoshoots (castings, preparation, resources and talent)
- Developing mood boards
- Research
- Working with varying hair textures
- Hairstyling
- Blow-drying
- Working with wigs
- Wig wraps
This investment comes with the added bonus of assisting Pauline at any upcoming shoots, campaigns or shows.
At the conclusion of the program, the team will shoot their own looks and have images for salon marketing or photographic competitions.
Agenda
The morning session will be focused on technical skills and hands-on work. In the afternoon we will spend two hours developing team skills. The final two hours are spent on salon owner mentoring.
