Award-winning Pauline McCabe is the powerhouse art director behind Rock Paper Scissors Hair Studio.
A stylist, educator, art director and mentor, Pauline has worked on world Fashion Week shows around the world, including Paris Haute Couture, London, New York, Milan, Melbourne and Sydney - for an impressive list of international designers including Hugo Boss, Burberry and Valentino.
Pauline offers her invaluable mentorship to young creatives through a range of education workshops.

Jasmin has been hairdressing for 18 years and boasts extensive experience in editorial and international fashion shows. An expert cutter and colourist, she’s also an educator and a specialist in hair extensions.

With 10 years of hairdressing experience, Nadine specializes in balayage and blondes and loves styling for events. She enjoys bringing the newest trends and techniques to Rock Paper Scissors and loves working with clients to create looks they feel great in.

Jodie has 15 years of hairdressing experience both in the salon and assisting on shoots and runway shows. With a Schwarzkopf colour degree, she’s an expert with colour and colour correction.
Joy is one of our master cutters who loves creating precise and technical hair cuts. With 16 years of experience, Joy also loves colour transformations.

Tahlia is our superstar senior stylist! She has been with RPS for 4 years and is an incredible colourist and cutter. Up-styling and blow-dry and are her specialties. She loves working on editorial and fashion shoots, and recently assisted at Sydney Fashion Week.

Ella Rose is our amazing senior stylist who has been with Rock Paper Scissors for 4 years. She loves creating natural, lived in colours and is an exceptional styler. Ella loves a chat and is passionate about making clients feel their best! Ella also loves working on fashion shoots & loves creating content for social media.

Ren has joined recently joined us with training from top New Zealand hair and makeup academies. She has experience working at Common Thread Hair Studio, a leading sustainability salon. Ren specializes in seamless blondes, balayage, vibrant redheads, keratin smoothing treatments, textured hair, and long haircuts. She focuses on enhancing natural texture and creating colors tailored to your lifestyle, along with personalized hair health plans. Outside of the salon, Ren enjoys reading, attending concerts, traveling, and exploring cafés.
